    《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》指出"坚持以人为本、全面实施素质教育是教育改革发展的战略主题,是贯彻党的教育方针的时代要求".校园文化作为学校的一种"教育场",它不仅能陶冶师生的情操,规范师生的行为,而且能激发全校师生对学校目标、准则的认同感和作为学校一员的使命感、归属感,形成强烈的向心力、凝聚力和群体意识,还能对学生起到潜移默化的教育作用.
