    Abstract：

    水利工程管理体制的改革是党中央和国务院根据我国当下的国情的需要做出的决策,是专门针对我国水利工程中存在的问题所制定的.通过一系列合适的改革方式,从最根本上改变从很久很久以前形成的各种管理方面不合理的体制,比如不合理的管理体制导致管理的不顺畅,没有灵活的机制,经费不足使施工无法继续后续的工作,工程年久失修导致此工程无法继续建造,工程的安全没有保证等一系列问题.本文就这些问题进行探究.
