    Abstract：

    构建青年教师核心素养体系,有利于促进青年教师专业发展,有利于加强青年教师队伍建设,有利于提高教育教学水平,有利于促进中国特色社会主义事业蓬勃发展.本文给出了青年教师核心素养体系的结构要素主要包含政治素养、道德素养、教育素养和文化素养,它们之间相互影响、协调发展、有机统一,从四个方面阐述了促进青年教师核心素养体系培育的有效途径,从两个层面给出了培养青年教师核心素养体系培育的实践体会.
