    要想在教学中落实"新课程"改革的教学管理内容,校长就要加强综合管理,转变高中教师的教学理念,让高中教师意识到教学管理是每一名教师的教学责任与义务,是教学内容中的一部分,是大家共同的责任.校长要为教师提供良好的教学资源,完善课堂教学环境,提高教师的教学管理水平,促使教师高效将教学管理落实到课堂教学中.
