    班主任作为日常与学生接触较多的人员,其一言一行都能潜移默化影响着学生的行为习惯,同时班主任主动进行德育知识的教育,对学生的综合素质培养也有着深远的影响.因此,作为高中班主任就更应该明确自己的历史使命,以身作则关注学生德育知识的教育教学工作,通过不断的创新管理教学,提升学生的德育学习质量,引导学生提升德育学习的兴趣.
