    Abstract：

    工会是维护工人群体合法利益,连接员工与企业之间的一个重要纽带.工会工作开展的好坏,直接关系着员工荣誉感、归属感以及个人价值的自我实现等高层次追求的获取.近些年来,我国基层工会在党中央重要方针政策指引下,不断的焕发出新的活力,迸发出勃勃生机.特别是当前我国社会主义建设进入到新时代,为确保最大限度的调动员工的工作热情,以及员工的合法权益,做到员工权益与公司效益有机结合,不断提高,工会特别是基层工会工作的开展以及工作方式的创新,是当前我们要着重关注的一个重要议题.
