    小学教育是学生的起点,也是基础教育中最重要的一环.而如何管理好小学学校,就需要从"三度"出发,即管理密度、管理精度和管理深度.作为小学校长,本文即对如何运用"三度"管理小学学校,做出一些浅谈,进而使学校管理能够科学高效,促进小学生的健康、身心发展.
