Abstract：
在化学的教学过程中,素质教育根本的要求是恰当地运用评价机制,使不同知识层次的学生得到均衡的发展.教师要关注并且掌握学困生的特点为他们定制合适的学习目标,使得他们能够发展和提高自己的能力.评价的方式是多元化的,这种多元化的方式为学生个性的发展创造了条件,有利于促进学困生的思维和行为的转化,从而使得他们的成绩得到提高.
