    Abstract：

    英语听力是学习语言听、说、读、写四项基本技能之一,在英语教学中有着非常之重要的地位.听力是学生想要学好英语而必须坚持学习和训练的一部分,也是教师对学生展开的一项长期训练的教学任务.从学生的英语考试情况中得知,大部分学生比较擅长笔试部分,听力部分则是学生比较薄弱的环节,影响着学生的英语成绩.本文将分析初中学生英语听力的现状以及存在的问题,从自己的英语教学角度出发对如何进行初中英语听力教学的方法进行阐述.
