抓好青年学生的德育工作一直是学校教育的重要组成部分,班主任作为学校德育教育的重要执行者,在促进学生思想形成和价值引领上起着举足轻重的作用.在本文中,笔者以班主任德育工作的局限性为出发点,充分阐释了班委制度在班主任德育工作中地位与作用.
