Abstract：
在新课标下,高中英语教学中对课堂管理提出了更高的要求,在传统的英语课堂管理氛围比较沉闷,教学方式也相对比较固定,教师是课堂的主导力量,使得学生在英语学习中的能动性难以提高,英语课堂的教学效率也逐渐降低,不利于学生的全面发展.本文分析了高中英语课堂管理的现状和原因,提出了英语课堂管理的策略,以便提升英语课堂管理的质量.
