Abstract：
在初中学习中,道德与法治学科的教学内容已经不再只涵盖道德与法律两个板块,对心理健康的教育也在逐步加深,成了初中时期主要的心理健康教育课程.初中生处于一个快速发育的过程,面对逐渐加重的学业压力与青春期的到来,一些心理健康问题凸显的情况也日益加重,对学生的心理健康教育已经不容忽视.本文将简要阐述一些初中生常见心理健康问题,进而分析心理健康培养的重要性,最后提出心理健康教育应该如何在道德与法治学科当中进行渗透.
