    Abstract：

    在中职语文的教学过程中,人文精神能够帮助学生形成完善的人格和性格,有利于学生的身心健康发展.因此,中职语文教师要实施人文精神渗透教育,将人文精神充分的渗透到语文学科的教学过程中,从而促进学生学习能力和个人品德的全面发展.本文首先简单阐述了中职语文中人文精神渗透教育的重要性,再对中职语文中人文精神渗透教育存在的问题进行了讨论,从中得出了人文精神渗透教育存在问题的解决策略,以及为相关工作者的工作提供理论基础.
