非英语专业研究生词汇量与大学英语六级考试成绩的相关性研究

Abstract：
本文以某师范大学208名非英语专业研一学生为研究对象,采用两种有效可靠的词汇测试工具,从接受和产出两个维度调查了他们的词汇量及其与大学英语六级考试成绩的相关性.结果表明,一方面,非英语专业研一学生的接受性词汇和产出性词汇都是有限的,平均词汇量分别为4220和1954个,分别占其平均总词汇量的64％和36％;另一方面,受试者的接受性和产出性词汇量与其大学英语六级考试成绩显著相关,所有相关系数都在0.40到0.70之间.本文的研究结果可为当前研究生英语教学提供一定的启示.
