Abstract：
社会经济的发展，对人民的日常生产、生活产生了较大程度的影响。尤其是在电能需求方面，明显较大。同时，电能供应质量和集控运行的性能密切相关。若集控运行在运行期间引发问题，则会使电能供应的质量与安全性受到影响，在降低集控运行效益的基础上，难以保证电厂整体效益的提高。对此，为了提高集控运行的可靠性及安全性，本文围绕火电厂集控运行及机组协调控制策略进行了分析。
