中职语文教师需要坚持就业导向，尊重学生的主体差异性，指明学生需要努力的方向，积极优化教学内容，制订明确可行的教学目标，保障教育教学的针对性和有效性。职业素养教育是中职语文教学中的重要组成部分，有助于充分凸显职业教育的核心和内涵。教师则需要深入分析职业素养的具体意义，加强对学生的思想熏陶以及技能培养，保障学生能够具备个人工作所需的具体技能和素质，帮助学生实现由学校人向社会人的顺利过渡。基于此，本文章对中职语文教学中融入职业意识的几点思考进行探讨，以供相关从业人员参考。
