Abstract：
我国公路构成了人们日常生活中基本的交通网络，同时也为运输业的发展奠定了基础。通常公路项目需要很大的建设规模，并且需要严格要求使用寿命，为此公路工程在建设时首要考虑的就是质量与进度问题，为保证公路在投入使用后的安全性以及使用寿命，需要结合实际，制订合理的建设规划，确保对各工程项目的有效管控，加强进度与质量的控制。
