    语文核心素养培训在新社会主义形势的教育下已经处于一个非常重要的位置上。在对于小学语文的教学中，教师们需要多思考下如何提高小学生的语文素养并且可以适当寻找一些教学策略来更好地对小学们进行小学语文教学的拓展。基于此，本文从因材施教和课外阅读两个方面出发，通过这两个途径来培养小学生的语文核心素养，同时也是的语文教学更加有效。
