Abstract：

近年来，随着我国经济的快速发展，我国的建筑业的发展也突飞猛进。但与此同时，建筑行业之间的竞争逐渐加剧。因此，若想促进企业在市场中的竞争力进一步提升，必须强化施工过程中的管理，并提升控制能力。在当前新形势背景下，若仍然采用以往的管理模式，不仅会在市场中缺少竞争力，还会对企业发展造成严重阻碍。
