    Abstract：

    细节决定成败，英语教研也要精细化。近几年来，我校教师持续进行专业化教学研究，以全国教研名校为师，结合本校实际，采百家之长，利用团队作战的优势开展精细化教研。英语学科组集集体之力、汇集体之智，做到三精细，即精细化研课标、精细化备课、精细化钻真题；做到四定，即定时间、定地点、定内容、定流程，逐步探索形成了一套符合本校实际的教研模式。
