Abstract：
桩基施工技术是施工过程中的重要保障，因为桩基不仅影响施工的整体使用效率，而且与居民的居住安全有着非常密切的关系。桩基施工是一个重要的施工重点，根据我国目前的建筑情况，为了进一步提高建筑的整体安全性和稳定性，所以必须提高桩基施工的利用效率。桩基施工的技术内容存在问题，有必要进一步检查和提高施工组织对该设计环节的研究分析，以此来改进设计规范，确保施工质量。
