新形势下国有企业工会工作的创新优化路径探析

Abstract：

随着，国有企业改革不断向纵深推进，面对新形势与新任务，国有企业应加快工会工作的创新改革。工会作为国有企业与职工沟通的桥梁纽带，新时期加强工会工作的创新改革，是筑牢企业群众基础的根本，为此本文首先分析国有企业工会职能和工作原则，针对国企工会现状及存在不足，针对性提出创新改革策略。
