    Abstract：

    阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer'sdisease，AD）是一种慢性的、认知功能进行性损伤的疾病。目前，治疗方式主要是以药物治疗为主，然而，药物治疗AD的临床效果有限，并非对所有患者都有效。研究发现，运动不仅可降低AD的发病率，还改善AD患者的症状。本文就运动对预防和改善AD的作用及机理做一综述。
