Abstract：
文章以绿色施工管理为例，探究其在建筑施工管理中所起到的作用，并对相关应用加以论述与分析，以此来提高建筑工程的施工质量，进而确保国民的生活质量能够得到有效提升，在生态建设方面也能够因此得到有效保障。良好且完善的绿色施工管理模式，能够有效降低成本支出，提高工程的安全性，避免施工人员的生命健康安全受到不利影响，确保建筑工程质量能够达到预期标准，对后续发展也会产生积极有效的促进作用，这就需要施工单位依照实际情况完成建筑施工模式的调整，选用绿色施工管理手段，进而来完成相应的工程任务。
