Abstract：
《普通高中英语课程标准（2017年版）》（以下简称新课标）对高中英语的课程性质进行了清晰和完整的阐释，明确了高中英语课程的人文性和工具性。新课标认为，当前我国经济社会的发展对公民的外语素质提出了更高的要求，高中阶段的英语学习要帮助学生打好语言基础，使他们具备21世纪公民应有的基本英语素养。
