Abstract：
随着新课程改革的不断推进，对于教师的教学提出了更高的要求，同时也为教师教学的个性化以及趣味化发展提供了机会。作为小学语文教师应当及时更新教学理念，并且结合现代化的教育方式，坚持以人为本教学理念，从学生的角度出发来立足于整体，着眼于个别有针对性地开展教学，切实提升学生的核心素养，帮助学生能够全面的发展。
