    体育与健康作为当前基础教育中的重要一环，其教学内容与方法有着一定的实际需求。在体育教学中，教师必须注重学生的学习效果，并结合自身的实际情况进行有效教学，以此来培养学生的体育与健康意识，提升学生的体育技能。因此，要在初中体育与健康教学过程中注重以学生为本。基于此，本文就对初中体育与健康教学中以学生为本的有效策略探究进行分析。
