    档案是指人们在各项社会活动中直接形成的各种形式的具有保存价值的原始记录。与此同时，档案中的宝贵记录也能够对基础科学研究提供不可或缺的借鉴作用。档案管理工作既应当考虑档案的重要性，又要顺应档案信息电子化、大数据化发展的时代浪潮，建设完善的信息安全系统，构建信息检索系统，深入推进档案管理的信息化建设，实现以档案管理促进各项管理工作的全面开展。
