Abstract：
近些年来随着时代的发展，我国对于人才的培养提出了更高标准。要求在教学中重点培养学生的学习能力，不仅仅是原本的以学习成绩为主要衡量学生标准，而是要在帮助学生掌握好的学习技巧基础上，运用最适合学生的教学手法，满足学生的学习需求。其中，分层教学法在众多有效新颖的教学手法中脱颖而出，成为新时期被广泛应用且受到一众好评的优秀教学方式。基于此，本文详细分析了初中数学教学中分层教学的实践措施。
