    班级是学生成长的核心载体，是学生发展技能、健全品质的主要场所。尤其是技工院校，学生的自主意识强烈，身心发展迅速，思想和情感都有很大的跳跃性。所以，在班级中的体验和感受将大大影响学生的学习和成长状况。由此，良好的班级管理是开展学科教学的前提。所以，技工院校教师在班级管理中尤其要注重对学生道德品质的培养，融入思政课的内容，不断优化班级管理。
