作业是教学活动的扩展与延伸，它在学生的学习和老师的教学中发挥着举足轻重的作用。“双减”的实施，使教师从传统的枯燥乏味的作业转向主动设计具有基础性、实践性、创造性和探索性的单元作业。以大观念为基础的英语单元作业设计从整体单元出发，以培养学生的学科核心素养为目标，有利于实现学科育人的作用。
