    随着社会对人才的需求越来越高，本科层次职业教育人才培养作为现代职业教育体系的有机组成部分，是职业教育实现培养可持续发展性人才的关键途径。人才培养主要体现在综合素质和综合能力方面，在实际教育教学当中要求教师能够依托现有的教育教学资源来帮助学生达成本科阶段的职业教育人才培养需求。本文将从职业教育人才培养概述、现实困境、措施策略等几个方面进行了探讨。
