Abstract：
农村是我们国家很重要的一部分。现在我国强调要注重农村的发展，实施乡村振兴的战略，在此过程中给予了农村各种政策和条件上的支撑。乡村振兴的战略之下，农村需要人才上的支撑，这样才能真正地减少乡村和城市之间的距离。而职业院校是为当地经济社会发展服务的，提供一线技能人才。职业院校要结合乡村振兴战略，更好的落实育人教学目标，采取相应的措施，让人才能够为乡村振兴提供更多的服务。文章围绕新时代乡村振兴发展过程中的问题进行探讨，针对其中的困境提出合理的见解。
