Abstract：
基于新课程改革的背景之下，在对小学语文展开教学的过程中教师就应该注重对学生的综合能力展开培养，确保学生都能够得到更好的发展。本文从“激发学生听的兴趣；提高学生口语交际能力；鼓励学生大胆展开创作”三个方面入手，阐述了小学语文学生综合能力的培养策略。
