Abstract：
随着社会经济的发展和城市化的不断深化，我国建筑业也得到了很大的发展，在建筑行业中机电工程是施工环节的重要组成部分，在建筑业发展的同时，其受重视度也越来越高。而机电工程项目管理中的质量控制对整个建筑质量有着非常重要的影响。在先进科技的发展下，我国建筑领域也开始广泛运用新型机电设备，这就会给机电工程项目管理带来新的挑战。基于此，本文就机电工程项目管理中的质量控制措施进行了分析，以供参考。
