Abstract：
我国工民建施工中造价管理是主要组成部分，工民建即工业与民用建筑。工民建工程类型较为特殊，且建筑结构往往比较复杂，同时会涉及较多的细节问题。工民建工程项目的开展需要持续性的资金投入，资金的投入与利用情况会影响到整体工程的经济效益。现阶段，随着国家经济环境的变化，影响工民建造价管理工作的因素逐渐增多。因此，造价管理工作人员需要根据具体工程情况来优化造价管理措施，增强投入产出比的控制力度，从而保证工程的稳定开展。
