Abstract：
随着社会和国民经济的发展，对建筑的需求也日益增加，但是，因为其建筑技术和建筑材料的多样性，在建筑工程施工过程中必须对其实施严格规范的质量控制管理。精细化管理即对建筑工程施工的每一阶段都实施精细的管理控制，以切实做好效率、成本和时间控制管理，以此保证工程施工的成功实施。本章主要从精细化管理的含义和工作目标进行分析出发，探讨了精细化管理在建筑工程管理中的应用策略。
