    科技的进步，促进人们对能源需求的增多。我国已成为煤炭能源最大的消费国。煤炭分选作为煤炭工业的重要一环，有着举足轻重的作用，选煤厂在煤炭行业监管和选煤工艺的特殊性条件下有着自身的特点。机电设备管理是选煤厂生产、经营、创造效益、提高竞争力的重要资产，因此选煤厂机电设备管理面临着新的机遇和挑战。智能化检测技术能够预测设备故障状况，降低维修成本，减小人力资源投入，提高数据分析的及时性水平。
