Abstract：
培养幼儿养成良好的运动习惯、主动参与体育活动时幼儿园健康领域中的主要目标之一。教师要根据幼儿的年龄特点用幼儿喜欢的方式方法帮助幼儿养成良好的体育运动习惯，如组织各类游戏、提供低结构材料让幼儿进行自主创造性游戏等等；正确看待幼儿的动作发展水平，鼓励孩子们在运动中提升动作能力收获满足与快乐。
