Abstract：
幼儿教育是教育大厦的根基，幼儿教师是筑牢这根基的园丁。幼儿教师的专业素养，特别是心理健康状况会直接影响幼儿的成长。中等职业学校培养心理健康的学前生任重而道远。中等职业学校应打造积极心理学视角下全员参与的心理健康教育队伍，构建全程贯通的心理健康教育机制，创新途径，全方位开展心理健康教育。
