    Abstract：

    党建工作，是我国社会主义现代化建设道路上不可或缺的一部分。各类企业在我国经济发展的过程中处于中流砥柱的地位，是组成我国国民经济的重要部分，同时也深刻影响着我国经济的发展进程。因此，企业基层党建工作，无论何时都不能因为各种原因和因素停止或放弃。基于上述所言，本文主要围绕着该如何通过基层党建工作的创新开展，从而提升企业中心工作的有效性展开了讨论和分析，期望能够为我国企业基层党建工作的开展提供一些建议和参考。
