    随着人口数量的不断增多，城市需要更多的建筑物来满足人们的居住需求，这便为建筑工程发展创建了广阔的空间，但建筑施工始终要面临安全性问题，各个施工流程潜在不同形式的安全隐患，威胁施工人员的人身安全。为了营造安全的施工环境，应在建筑施工管理中树立危机管理意识，通过全面且科学有效的管理，提高建筑施工的安全性。
