    Abstract：

    高职院校思政课属于针对学生思想意识层面的教学,对其职业素养的养成有着直接的影响,因此两者的融合有着相辅相成的作用.而随着中国经济的快速发展,市场对一线技能人才的需求逐渐增加,要求也越来越严格,在此基础上,高职院校职业素养教育和思政课的融合尤为重要.本文则是通过分析两者融合存在的问题,探究更加有效的方式方法.
