    在初中语文教学实践进程中如何开展作文教学工作,成为教师需解决育人问题之一.分层教学作为颠覆传统课堂结构,关注学生能力、价值观念、思想态度等各方面成长情况的育人手段,能赋予新时代课堂生本性.本文通过探析初中语文作文教学中分层教学应用方略,以期提高初中语文作文教学有效性.
