Abstract：

目前中国农村配电网规划方案考虑的核心是低廉的价格,却没有深入到配电网的供电能力和质量,无法满足新农村建设需求.中国要重视农村配电网规划的深化建设,以先进的思想引导配电工作人员创新思维,详细分析农村配电网综合情况,提出配电网规划的有效对策,对促进新农村整体发展具有重要意义.
