    在幼儿园游戏活动教学中,幼儿需要教师的管理.因为他们普遍缺乏纪律意识以及人际相处能力,教师可以通过管理来维护秩序,保证课堂的顺利进行.对幼儿管理的方式有直接管理也有间接管理,教师要根据教育对象的性格以及教学过程中的具体情况来灵活使用.
