Abstract：
柔性管理模式是与刚性管理模式对立的一种管理手段,其最为显著的特征就是人性化这一点,所以将其应用于初中班主任管理工作之中意义非常,不仅能够有效拉近师生之间的距离,同时构架出和谐的班级氛围,让班主任管理工作更加有序地开展.为此,本文也就柔性管理模式在初中班主任管理工作中的应用进行了分析.
