    法律素养是理解和运用法律的重要能力和素质.人们通过对法律知识和技能的掌握和运用来体现法律意识.高职教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,也是我国法律教育的重要基地.在培养学生良好的职业技能和道德素质的基础上,有利于培养学生较高的法律素养.本文从高职院校学生法律素养培养存在的问题出发,在分析其必要性的基础上,探讨了高职院校学生法律素养培养的具体策略.
