Abstract：
随着我国进入了一个新的发展时期，传统产业受到了巨大的影响，新兴的商业模式层出不穷，各个产业之间的激烈的市场竞争也越来越激烈，首先受到影响的是建筑业。要实现自己的稳定和快速发展，就需要在施工成本的管理上做好相应的工作，以最大限度地利用施工项目的成本。施工成本是指在施工中所有成本的总和，只有在施工中加强对施工成本的有效管理，才能达到工程的实际收益和预期收益；这样才能使总体利益最大。
