Abstract：
当下，高中物理教学与研究，基本上还是教学经验的归纳和提升，既缺乏先进教育思想的引领，又缺乏系统性实证化的探究与践行。大概念的教育理念基于认知心理学研究成果与最新进展，运用整体思维“牵一发而动全身”，能有效落实新课程的教学理念。本文以大概念理念为切入点，对高中物理教育进行反思，分析大概念视角下的高中物理教育思路和意义。使用大概念思想，解决当前高中物理教学中的困境，提高高中物理教育有效性。
